GTA'S Hardest Missions

Dude, no. In SA, the hardest missions were Zero's missions, specifically Supply Lines.

Never have I actually completed these missions during my playing of San An, they were annoying and too difficult that it just got boring after like the 20th attempt.

Yep Zero's missions are annoying and boring. I hated them.

Owning only San Andreas and Vice City, I can share my opinions related to the hardest missions, only about them.

I first had trouble, like everyone else, with Zero's mission - Supply Lines. It was a damn pain. However, after failing it about six times, I decided to let it go, as it was not a storyline mission. But the was back in April - May last year. Now Supply Lines is like any other mission.

There still are missions, even now where I keep on dying. I really hate Saint Mark's Bistro because of the long boring flight to Liberty City. Freefall is also boring but not hard. Snail Trail and Photo Opportunity were also damn boring. But that's about it.

In Vice City I found, back in 2007 when I first played Vice City, the mission Demolition Man very hard. After I left playing it in 2008, and totally deleted it in 2009, I've never played Vice City again, until March 2010. I already passed the flight missions of San Andreas and improved my GTA flying skills quite a lot so Demolition Man was quite easy. Bombs Away is also hard because you can't move the camera around the 'vehicle' as you can do in San Andreas, so there are a lot of chances to miss the target when you drop bombs.

That's everything. icon14.gif

Lol, I never actually completed Zero's missions. Supply Lines turned me the f*ck off, and when I found out it was optional, I bailed.

I just bought the Trilogy yesterday, and so far, the only annoying mission I've played so far in VC is Demolition Man, only because that RC copter is terribly slow for the time limit. Completed it with 3 seconds left. Other than that, I don't know. I've only played like 10 missions. III doesn't seem to be terribly challenging yet.

Also, Turn On, Tune In, Bug Out in VCS, I could never complete that mission. I probably would have eventually cheated m way out of it, had I not lost my PSP.

Snake Without a Tongue

Everybody says Espresso 2 Go is hard, but if you use one of the bulletproof cars you can get throughout the game it's a breeze.

I just remembered that mission in III where you have to run over a bunch of Yardies in a short amount of time. That sucked, but it wasn't necessary to finishing the game.

I've never had any problem with Wrong Side of the Tracks once I found the "sweet spot" where Big Smoke could actually hit the guys, and learned my timing right on the tracks to avoid the trains.

My nemesis level is Just Business, which has stopped me dead for the last 2 weeks (well, at least I've been able to catch up on things like finding the tags and the taxi missions). I'm playing the PS2 version and my problem is that damn analog controller. It's great that people say "it's easy, just aim for their heads" but the analog stick doesn't let you aim very accurately and of course every few shots CJ has to reload, so you lose your bead. It would be easier if I could change weapons like to my shotgun.

I find that if I don't enter the floodway without at least 90% health, I might as well start the level over again because the bikes will blow my car up. What's really annoying is except for one case where, by fluke, I made it past the big explosion only to be knocked out a second later, I always die right as BS says "we're still breathin'".

I'm on the verge of saying to heck with the 100% - if it's possible to move on without doing this level I will.

Gonna have to say Supply Lines. I never really had any trouble with Zero's other mission, where you shot the RC's down with the minigun. To this day, I haven't beat supply lines. (Sad, but true.)

I feel your pain confused.gif I've been playing through SA again and I'm trying to beat "Supply Lines...". Either the guy on the back of the Sanchez has 100% accuracy and blows me up or I run out of fuel to make it back. I think I'm going to have to join you and admit defeat to this horrible mission sad.gif

Flesh-n-Bone

GTA III:

I don't recall any but some were a bitch to complete.

GTA Vice City:

"The Driver" - it's been a while but I remember wanting to ruin the damn screen because of this mission.

GTA San Andreas:

"Air Raid" - On PS2, it makes me wanna kill everything in sight.

"Supply Lines" - F-U-C-K off Zero and lastly that stupid ass RC plane is awful.

"N.O.E." - I often fail by flying into the sea or crashing into something and it often happens when I've come a long way.

GTA Liberty City Stories:

"Taking the Peace" - Kinda hard when doing it in first person but after a while is actually fun and easy.

"Steering the Vote" - You take a couple of locations and before you can get anywhere close to 5, half of them are taken back by the other cars.

GTA Vice City Stories:

"High Wire" - I must have failed this a million times specially on first playthrough. But then it got easy to me.

GTA IV:

Nothing was hard but some were extremely frustrating due to the difference in the game compared to previous ones when driving and escaping cops.

GTA-SA

Driving School = SO Damn Annoying. I had played a lot of time for it.

N.O.E = When I got too near from aeroplane. It flied out. I have to do that mission again and again.

8-Track = Just like Driving School.

OG-Loc = Too damn annoying mission. Chased many time, skipped travels.

GTA-VC

Driver = Off-Course!

Dildo Dodo = The skimmer always crashing!

GTA-3

The Final Mission. I don't remember that name.

GTA-4

TOO DAMN EASY!

San Andreas:

Air Raid - a laptop touchpad mouse makes it even harder

555 WE TIP - this took me the most attempts to do cos failing is too easy

End of the Line - I was lucky to fit an optical mouse to my laptop for this

Vice City:

The Driver - I was lucky to complete it without modding "handling.cfg"

The Job - one of the hardest missions in the game (why else is it on the list?)

Checkpoint Charlie - they should give more time here

GTA III:

Gripped - the checkpoints are f**king impossible to reach

Silence the Sneak - I can't get the grenade in the bloody window

The Pickup - The triads can finish me off in seconds

Sorry for the bump.

GTA III

Bomb Da Base Act II: Impossible to get everyone before 8Ball Dies.

Vice City

Demolition Man: Was tough back then, but alright now.

Phnom Penh 86: Dunno why, just found the 1st Person shooter bit at the mansion tricky.

Malibu Missions: Ugh.

San Andreas

OG Loc: Tricky with minimum Bike Skill.

Wrong Side of the Tracks: Torture before I found out the trick about getting onto the roof.

Air Raid: Very hard using dodgy sticky PS2 Analogue stick.

A Home in the Hills: Always got wasted by the Vagos.

Vertical Bird: The Hydra chase, don't get me started on the hydra chase.

Liberty City Stories

Taking the Peace: Car always ended up exploding.

Steering the Vote: Near Impossible to get the vote thingys required.

GTA: IV

None really, game was pretty easy.

killdrivetheftvehicle

SA:

Air raid

-irritating as hell: difficult to see what you were shooting at, insanely accurate and quick aiming (with the stick, which was mandatary, 'cos you couldn't use the d-pad anymore for that)

final mission where you kill big smoke

I almost had a heart attack as I tried to aim for the right spot to catch the guy from the ladder.
