MISSION TIPS / GAMEPLAY TIPS

 

Playing through your save game I have got some information related of the way you play. Firstly, I noticed that you've got some weapons which is really a good thing, as there are hard missions coming. However, I tried to contribute to your gun collection, so I picked up about three times a 9mm Pistol. You have now 88-17 bullets for use. Also collected 10 Molotov Cocktails. I'd suggest you to not spend the amount of weapons you've got on killing ballas and cops only for fun. Because you're really going to need them in the future missions!

 

I've also seen that you had have armor. I've picked up an armor for you. Even so, it'd be good if you'd know where the Los Santos best armors are located. Here are some pictures taken from your save game. The first one shows the armor located near to Roboi's courier shop (look on the radar to see exactly where Carl is), and the second one near to The Johnson House, under the bridge (look on the radar here too).

I also remember you saying that you want to keep your low rider. Well, I didn't use the one saved in your Johnson House garage. I used another one because I didn't want to use yours, as this is not my job. Yours is still fine.

 

 

 

You seem to be a good player but you've forgot to feed Carl. During the gameplay, his muscle has decreased! Luckily, I was close to Well Stacked Pizza Co. and bought two Busters paying for each 2$ which mean -4$. They won't keep Carl's health for too long, so it'd be better if you'd keep an eye to the stats and feed Carl from time to time.

Also, your Driving Skill has increased! That's a really good thing. Just drive as much as possible with your car without doing too much crashes and your Driving Skill will improve.

One thing: I've been blowing away Ballas (they called me a Ballas-blasting m-f-). I was under the impression that doing that increases grove streets territory. Is that wrong? Grove st definitely has more territory, but is that just because I'm completing missions and the game is progressing? (I was also doing it for fun, and because you pick up uzis and a fair amount of money that way)

Yes, Grove St. has more territories because you're doing gang wars. It has got nothing to do with progressing in the storyline.

You have territory conflicts in the future.

Make CJ Fireproof (Do the Firefighting Missions) Then CJ will be able to use the Molotov Cocktails to the best ability.

Spend some time NOT doing any missions.

Just look around. On Roofs, under bridges, in alleys, behind walls, and in any building you can enter. There are LOADS of FREE weapons and body armour just floating/spinning on the map.

Need Cash = do the Firefighting missions, and Burglary missions, buying Safe Houses. Safe Houses (besides saving games) can be used to change a shirt or trousers to lose Wanted Stars. Buying Safe Houses also increases the percentage of Game Completion.

Don't skip through the territory wars, You can increase respect and caSh doing them. The more respect CJ has the more gangmembers he can recruit. (Up to Eight). It does take some skill/experience to use them properly.

Tips just look around the forums or ask if you have a specific question.
