Mission Help- Los Desperados

When I play this mission Cesar follows me around but when i try to recruit gang members they join my gang but they won't follow me at all and they won't get in a car with me this includes Cesar after i recruit people!! So can anyone wat is happening??

Maybe you have mods which mess up your game? If yes, get rid of them. Mods are sometimes devil's hand.

You actually need a weapon with which you can put the target on the gang member's head. BUT DON'T KILL HIM!!! If he raises his hands, press G (or H, not sure), and so you can recruit him.

 

However, I wouldn't lose my time with them, as they're stupid and do nothing. Just hang around and watch how you (Carl Johnson) and Cesar get killed by those ballas. Just concentrate on the opponents. The only hard thing on the mission (excepting the wars), is that those gang members keep on jumping off Sweet's car, which is really annoying, right? Well, just drive slowly and don't crash too much. I'm not really sure about this, but it worked fine for me.

If you don't have enough Respect earned you will have trouble recruiting.

Target the member and press G. (G joins, H disperses. But, holding G too long will disperse also.)

The game should say if you are successful.

To test it try to target him again, if you can't target him you did it. Some of the Green shirts arn't really GSF. So you may have to try selecting others.

Travelling: One way is to Not get in the car. Just start walking to the Union Station and they should follow (after being targeted +G). If you did the Territory wars 'properly' you should be able to Recruit more as you go. At the meeting point you only need two, more won't hurt. It doesn't matter where you got them. If you took over the territroy by Union Station there should six or a half dozen hanging around it.

 

Too many players short cut the Territory Wars and by doing that don't earn Respect or have enough GSF members in convientant places.

Proper use of GSF takes practice. CJ targets and they shoot where CJ pointed if done properly.
