Is there a Cars Spawner for GTA IV 1.0.7.0?

As the tittle said...and I search whole google already,I can't find any of the Cars spawner tool for 1.0.7.0,only below patch 5,and I know the trainer include the Car Spawner,but...I dont want to use the trainer,because those words at the top left is ignoring(for me ,lol)So any idea to find the Cars Spawner??I know cheats code can help,but some car cannot spawn by cheats...Please Help T.T,because i download a pack of Cars Mod,but,i cant find those car,after modding,only Mercedes,Taxi and police car on the road,no other cars like Lambo,Porsche and other..So please help me T.T

The words at the top left in the trainer are operated by the number pad on your keyboard. If you're using a laptop, then you can remap these I believe, I just can't tell you how because I don't know.
