Hi there. It's been a while hasn't it?

 

Seems like the DYOM's old users are leaving this community slowly. But I suggest we should look into renovation. I see great mission packs getting no feedback at all, which is kinda depressing.

 

Btw, I might have something in mind for my next project. Kinda working on a script right now.

 

Story of my life. Making a very good mission pack and no downloads, but when i make spoils like Big smoke eats at McDonalds it gets loads and loads of views... strange isnt it?

 

EDIT: A millionare... a moneymachine that owns a big house, expensive stuff and cars... will have to suffer because the terroists are attacking...

Does anybody have any idea on how to improve the voice quality? It sounds like I'm speaking from very far away which is something I do not like or the audio is inaudible.

Which software do you use to record videos & voice? I'm using Fraps and it gives you perfect quality in any way (video/audio) on the cost of the big file size unfortunately.

I'm using OBS Studio.

 

The thing is, I had a mic I had to keep in my hands whenever I wanted to speak and the voice audio was fine but then I got a headset and the voice audio has been bad since then,

There some members (including me) are currently working on their mp project, therefore they maybe don't have time on joining the multidesigner project if people created one however.

 

But there some still active members who are not currently working on mp project, however they don't have ideas yet.

I would like to show you one mission made on story from my favourite book, Metro 2033 (don't worry it's not remake of any mission from the original game)

This should contain about 2-3 missions but weeeeeell... I made it about an year ago and allready forgot half of options in Dyom, but go on, check it anyway.

Also you can kill everyone in stealth section by headshots, it's not like you HAVE to be quiet. And also there's a small bug where you play as CJ for a while, couldn't fix it, keep crashing.

The multidesigner project might be a good idea, but i don't know, i want to help on a big project with about 6-7 designers to make a mission pack that will earn the title of biggest project ever. I'd like to see that tho.

Well I am ready for a multidesigner project, but don't you think that MP will non uniform as designing skills of all designers doesn't match at all. But even if you're willing for that, then we should start it after the results of DYOM Awards.

Skill doesnt matter in a multidesigner project, everyone for its own, following the story! Any mission errors like spelling errors and objectives doesnt matter how it is, it will be still counted.

Well, if you are really interested in a multidesigner project and have enough participants, you can contact me as I really have a big project on my hands and I could really use a hand. I'm just gonna send every participant the script with everything detailed as soon as I'm finished witn it. Certainly, the script is discussable and everyone can contribute to change it as long as it doesn't sound illogical or jibes out of the story. We can just have a skype group and talk it through.

 

Again, this is not confirmed. But once I see people interested, I will think of it thoroughly.

I'd like to participate in it too. As I mentioned before, the first multidesigner project was the most fun I've ever had in DYOM.

It's really exciting. You never know how the following players will continue the story.

 

Haven't progressed on my mission pack for a week, though I'll do my best to release the 6th mission today. It's really hard when you own a PS4, and after work, I'll rather just relax and play you know..
