I played so many good ones back in the day when people were creating quality content.

 

Its a hard pick for me but I pick LND's EFLV trilogy. (Episodes from Las Venturas)

 

There was once a guy that made nice detective MP. I think he was called jackal1337 or something like that.

Hard Boiled trilogy. Yeah, the best mission pack back in the day. Had a lot of fun with it, and i suggest it to anyone who hasn't played it yet, to play it now. It's more than awesome.

Hey guys! Long time no talk, I figured I would stop by and see how everyone is doing! I know I haven't been active on these forums in like forever lol. But I have been considering of coming back, mostly as someone who is going to play missions rather than design at the moment. I won't completely rule out designing but it is very unlikely at this very moment. I would much rather get back into the community and just hangout since I enjoyed the company

Reason being is I am working on a GTA Online Web Series titled GTA Online Stories which follows the story of the GTA Online Protagonist which is the player and plan to develop the story in the Rockstar Editor and need some inspiration and possibly some help to get it done.

So if you have any suggestions of which mission packs or storylines to play to get inspiration or my creative storytelling back on track. I will be happy!

I will be honest, I never said I stopped with DYOM or quit for good because if I did I would be lying to myself by saying the DYOM community never mattered or stayed apart of how I met most of you guys to begin with.

As for coming back to do commentaries on mission packs, it is a very possible idea, but will probably be through my second channel Thunder Pulse Gaming.

Here is a 1 minute teaser for the GTA Online Stories, you may be able to see where it is going. It is going to mix my own story with the the story from the GTA Online DLCs

Lol you aren't incorrect by that. Lot of the characters look like a hipster. However, there are a few unique choices you can make. My character only plans to look that way up until Episode 4 lol.

 

Lot of it has to do with your clothing and accessory choices. You can actually make a character that looks not too bad. Most characters I've seen look like creepy dolls or hipsters though.

I'm afraid it will not, since these days there are programs or any kind of things that offer way better experience than DYOM.

 

Other than that, when these people bored with DYOM, they will try to either find and do other hobbies to kill their spare time or partying with their friends (me included).

The last time DYOM awards were included into GTA Annual awards was 2 years ago. The reason SP & Doublepulse are on the list is because they are led-bys (area moderators) and they went directly into the voting poll along with all the other led-by's. It's not like before when this section used to be something ''bigger''. Now, hardly any new GTAF member knows that this exist, and moderators don't really look down here that much either. Best Mission (DYOM version) category was removed from the GTAF awards and none of the topics nor anything related to DYOM was nominated. That says it all. It's like this section doesn't even exist, hell, even when there's some inappropriate content around or a topic that needs to be locked, if you don't report it, it'll remain there since nobody from the moderating team are going to check this place (it happened once, last year). And now that even Patrick & Dutchy are not here, there isn't any real connection to the rest of GTAF, it's more like a separate forum. Really sad, it didn't use to be like that before.

Hello everyone, I wanted to share my first trailer for my upcoming project(GTA United). Sorry about the quality. I guess I messed up with the render settings. I already deleted the clips I used to make the video, so I can't re upload it with better quality. Hopefully it's not too much of an eyesore.

 

 

 

I wanted do a dyom storyline for awhile, but it's hard to come up with a decent storyline, and I keep losing interest in doing it. But now I'm feeling motivated on working on this project.

 

In 1985, the story follows a young "smart ass" name, Clyde Moreno. A former member of the Sharks, who seek "employment" anyway he can get, after a disagreement with the new leader, regarding his leadership and the gang's current state. i'll definitely make a topic that will explain the story in details once I finish enough missions.
