I believe each areas have their "best suited" type of mission packs.

 

 

In my opinion, the conventional:

 

-Los Santos: gangsta' city.

-San Fierro: military city.

-Las Venturas: mafia city.

Man, I already hate Pulaski. And now with bears, he looks even more retarded (I'm talking about Pulaski, not your work). And in character-wise, I think Carl looks like an idiot with the bear (You shouldn't add anything, it looks fine on its own)

Los Santos is for everything dude, really. It has the rich side, it has the poor side, it has the good side, it has the bad side, it has EVERYTHING. You can create ANY type of MP in Los Santos. Don't know what about you but I prefer to create everything in Los Santos, I just love it.

San Fierro is only fit (in my opinion) for rich gangster, rich people, militaries, etc. It really doesn't have many "bad sides", if you know what I mean.

And Las Venturas, definetely for Mafia, can't create anything but that in this city.

 

 

Remember this is just my opinion. You can think however you wish.

My favorite place to design is Bone County, Weather it's Las Venturas or Fort Carson, i just love it there.

Some parts of Los Santos used to lag for me which made me avoid it. The only thing i like about San Fierro is the skyline and that big ass ship near Gant Bridge.

Los Santos is cut in half:

One part is full off poor people, usually mexicans and black people, that are not ''that'' poor but neither ''that'' rich, they're close minded because of the few possibilities they had when they were young, so they joined gangs.

The other part is full of middle-age rich men and Vinewood stars who are ending their carreer in a mansion on the hills.

San Fierro: the city of politics. I love this city! Can't you see the skyscrapers? Those are probably housing the president! Or whatever government San Andreas has! There's probably an entire building dedicated to the news report (like Fox news).

San Fierro has also a big military influence. The dirty seas near the docks are perfect to create military amphibious bases (since no one swims there.) and transporting ships, the last ones coming from Easter Basin and the airport, places where containers never stop coming.

On the dark side, this city is probably full of smog (you can see San Fierro is the most foggy city in San Andreas, probably because of the smog.).

Las Venturas! This place is probably where San Andreas grows the economy and makes money. The amount of tourists and Elvis fans is unstoppable: playing on casinos, visiting attractions, and other things like that.

This so called ''happy city'', though, is directed by the Mafia, operating where you can't see them. If you screw up in a place like this, you'll probably end in the bottom of the ocean. (Remembering the mission where you have to save Madd Dogg, when CJ says ''Damn, this city is cold.'').

The desert. Uhmmm, a place for bikers, and freaks. Freaks who believe in aliens and sh*t like that. The small cities around the place are populated by unlucky citiziens who didn't have the luck to move out.

In the mean time, there's a place that isn't marked in the maps...

The countryside! Probably the second best place i've ever seen. It's full of towns, each one of them are indipendent and have their own population of farms and tourists. However, in the hills you can find f*cking fascist farmers and sh*t (sorry, i hate them.). There probably are people who are searching for the Sasquatch there (lol freak), or maybe people who just want to make some marijuana. It's also a nice place to do skydiving (mount Chiliad), fishing, racing (illegal ones, of course.) and living a simple life in the middle of nowhere!

 

That's it.

I think that LS is the best city for making missions. However, that doesn't mean that SF is a bad one, but partly yeah. About, LV, I don't why but i hate it. Just like that, i hate it. It's all desertic and too complex. Maybe it's just me, but LV is the worst city. On the other hand, it's perfect for Mafia missions.

I personally love San Fierro, but it's just plain walls and roads. The could've added so much details but no...

I mean, look at the countryside: especially Blueberry. It has a sh*tton of stuff that wasn't even added in the original missions. You turn a corner and it's full of scaffolding and crates, things like that.

Go see it by yourself: Blueberry, Montgomery, Palomino Creek, Dilimore and Angel Pine. It's full of small/medium objects that make the ambientation really better. (That's why i chose the first act of Hawks: Fight for San Andreas to be there, lolz).
