ok, Let me tell you a brief history

 

A strange epidemic begins to spread in hospitals in San Andreas, the federal government instructs certain to discover the origin of this strange epidemic, but the investigation did not lead to anything people start dying in the hospitals are full of dead people, the Government of San Andreas does not seem to be ready to withstand such disasters, riots are persistent until a group of strange infected attacking the government headquarters, killing all of them, so sending in disarray San Andreas.

 

This should be the story that will set the storyline.
