Hello again. It has been a while.

 

So I'm back, to announce my retirement . I still not sure if I 'll retire but it seems likely. Real life is getting busy and stuff is getting serious, and I didn't find any time for DYOM so far in this vacation. I know vacation is till September but I'm not sure if I 'll get anything done. So lemme say I'm just taking a break till I find some more time to design. Maybe it 'll be till tomorrow, maybe forever. But I 'll still be around on the forums I guess, maybe play and give feedback on new MPs.

 

And those who like my Splinter Cell MP, I'm thinking about letting Doublepulse continue it if he wants to. So it won't be dropped (I hope).

 

Here's my little list:

 

The Godfather - on a hold for a while

Grove 4 Life - dropped

The Splinter Cell - still working on it with Doublepulse

Nope, Cammi. I made it for the multi designer project started by ItsAllAboutGTA back in December. It died out later. But, ItsAllaboutGTA announced that, he's gonna start a MP called GTA V in which he will use my mission as the first mission and he will make the rest of the missions.

Guys, I'll make it official.

 

After SOCOM, my next mission pack is 24: DYOM, which hopefully will turn out to be my main DYOM project. It is not based on the plots of 24 or the characters. I make my own plot and characters, however, the concept is the same; 24 hours to stop the terrorists. It will have many 'days' or 'seasons'. Every Day has a new plot, however it's the same universe; Like Day 1, then Day 2 happens 2 years later.

 

It's focusing on the efforts of Jack Barrett and the CTU Los Santos to protect America from terrorism plots. Each mission of each season follows Barret, officials in the U.S. government, and the terrorists behind the events of the day, simultaneously. The missions take place over the course of few hours, example, from 8 am to 12 pm.

Good luck, Notna. It sounds awesome. I don't know anything about 24 but after finding it is your favourite TV show, I visited the wiki page of 24 and I liked each and every part of it. So, I can't wait to try out the DYOM Version of it. All luck once again. ))

Jack Barrett is the original name of Jack Bauer in the first draft script of 24 Season 1, I got it from there Thanks both of you. And Shiva, in my opinion, it's the best show ever! But as told, the plot and characters aren't the same in this one.

I am putting ATL on hold for a secret dyom project. I will reveal tonight or tommorow stay tuned. It will blow your mind. And I will take longer to make missions for quality. So yeah you might think I am a bad designer but after this you will be completely shocked.
