Hey, I had this small idea for idea for a mission pack. It's supposed to be a suspense type with a bit of childish comedy in it. I will start working on it properly after I have finished the last mission of chapter 2 of The Promise.

 

The name of the mini mission pack is "Too many James". The basic story is that a man overhears two men talking about committing a murder. One of the men says that he will commit the murder of his wife that week. He gets the name of the potential murderer as James. He goes to the police station to report it but no one pays any attention to him. He decides to call the wife so as to warn her. So he goes to a telephone directory but finds out that there are three James in the area. Who is the potential murderer out of the three? Will he able able to save the wife? How will the police react to the situation? Well, you will find out when you 'watch' the mission pack. smile.gif

 

That's the basic story. There will be eight missions. Each mission represents 24hrs apart from the intro mission which starts at night. And that's the way I will be releasing the missions. One mission per day. The best way to 'watch' the mission pack is to download single missions day by day, but still in the end I will be releasing a zip file as usual. But the best and recommended way to 'watch' it would be as soon as they released.

 

The progress of this mission pack is only the intro which is almost done. The intro will be most probably released on next Sunday so that I can finish chapter 2 of The Promise and some missions of this mission pack.

Hey guys, I'm new here in DYOM Forums (Support & Missions), even though, I'm not new in DYOM itself. I've been using DYOM for about a year and a half, and as I can say, I've mastered every aspect of it. So, I hope we all get along and be friends, you guys could call me Mech, or Mechz. Cheers!

 

 

By the way, I've come up with an idea, I got it by looking up and reading the awesome Role-playing here in DYOM side, The Designers Chronicles. Yeah, it's also about Role-playing too, but in a different aspect. IT will be a different theme. You see, I'm playing some Role-playing games like, Fallout 3, Deadfrontier, The Last Stand, etc. (Sorry for off-topic). I was thinking, wouldn't it be fun to play like that with DYOM? So, I've been thinking about stuff that has to do with it, but I will also need help, since I'm a busy dude (I have school, and work at the same time), so if you wanna help me with it, I will really appreciate it so much, just give me a heads up, and I'll give you some info I have in mind about this Apocalypse Role-playing game! (If some kind of RP like this already exist, please let me know, so I could cancel it) Thanks!

About your game: I don't know about it, since TDC is slowly dying, just like BUYSAG. I'm just not sure if this will be popular. But it's greatc anyways, let's see how it will turn out.
