I use GTA Iv with patch 1.0.7.0 with I7 980 3.2Ghz, GTX480, 6gb ram, and 5TB HDD.] I need someone to post some cool mods to help me make GTA Iv nicer, and nicer graphics! I've seen some really awesome videos with awesome reflections, textures, envoirment and even cracks on the road, and i wondered if anyone could post me some of the best mods, REQUIREMENTS DON'T MATTER!! First, re-install the game, and grab patch 1.0.0.4 online (any site, official R* site doesn't have it anymore), and then back up all of the files that the mod in my sig replaces. You'll get great reflections and shadows, and a bunch of other great stuff. If any problems arise, let me know via PM.
