Just out of curiosity - are you basing your guess on the book? I'd say that's a good guess had I not known about Charly, the movie.

 

I'm at a complete loss here... Don't give us the answer yet; where's the fun in posting a production still from a super-well-known film and it being guess within the minute? Hints, more stills, whatevs, just don't give us the answer. I feel like I've seen this one.
