What lowrider to use?

Recommended Posts

Slamvan looks cool but drives like sh*t! I wouldn't recommend it if you want to get a good time and / or win the race.

However, you can use... Remington.

It looks cool, and drives very good. icon14.gif

However, if you don't want to search it, you can use cars such like Savanna - parked on the same street where the mission starts.

Good luck! smile.gificon14.gif

Blade is super-fast, but slow down at corners because it spins out easily.

I would recommend using a Savanna though because it is a good all-round car and the mission is designed to be completed with this car (as I think a Savanna spawns nearby the mission start).

It's extremely easy to complete this mission with any low-rider as long as you don't crash into the other cars or traffic. Most low-riders spin out of control quite easily on impact with other objects. When the race starts, take the right or left footpath to avoid the cars in front of you. You might get slowed down due to running over pedestrians but you can still grab the lead at the first turn itself since the other racers will crash almost all the time. For there on, there's not much traffic, the road is wide and the race becomes piss easy.

and to add... the roads are a suggestion, drive as straight as you can don't follow the road if any other path is available. Don't hit (on purpose) the other competitors as it will make them angry. The other drivers in the race(s) will get out of your way if you play nice. The Red Pylons are the only required to make you follow a path. You also don't have to drive through them, Just come close (experience will show you how much leeway you have).

Any acceptable vehicle is good for any race (if it isn't raining.).

Yeah, I found although any lowrider will win it easily provided you actually try to drive and control the vehicle, the Blade made it a lot easier. It has a shorter wheelbase and seems more responsive and controllable as a result. Fitting hydraulics to them certainly increase difficulty.

Would anyone still consider it a Lowrider without hydraulics fitted? There's a moral question that need be asked I think.
