TheLostBiker
f*ck off. That wasn't a cry for your piss poor advice. My father and I didn't get along. It wasn't a matter of the dishes being done or done his way. It just happened to be the trigger point in a fruitless argument started by a confused, emotionally torn, mentally and physically abusive man. The cat's litter box could have needed cleaned and it could cause an argument. So you didn't love him? Not even a little bit? Thats not the issue. I just don't want to talk to you. That's a pity. I'm a good listener. I could change that. Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/466641-crash-and-burn/?do=findComment&comment=1060276722 Share on other sites

He almost strangled me for not sitting properly at the dinner table. I f*cking hate him more than life. My father and I, surprising enough, get along now. Like I said earlier, he changed. I just hate Typhus. He is a moron who gives out advice as valuable as sh*t yet he thinks he is the greatest thing since Sigmund Freud. Sigmund Freud sucks bro. Total asshat who thinks he can generalise someone into a group of people by looking at them and talking to them for five minutes. Thanks for using my earlier comparison though. Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/466641-crash-and-burn/?do=findComment&comment=1060276730 Share on other sites
Gundog
I understand everything though... My dad snaps whenever something isn't done his way. I can do it, but if I miss one little detail he burned into his sick mind, I'm f*cked. Then we argue, after arguing, he either kicks me out for a couple of days, or we physically fight. I hate that... Maybe, one day, we aswell will get along, but not while we live under the same roof. Tyler
Okay, enough with the freaking crying man. I told you what can fix that. Get away from him, or run away for a while. Kevin...
Get away from him, or run away for a while. No. sh*tty advice. Never tell someone to just run away. Thats the pussy way out. If you really want to make an impression and cause a problem, stick around. Live off of his wealth as long as possible and when you can actually make it on your own, leave. You don't just up and leave. That likes trying to swim to shore from a sinking ship in the middle of the ocean. Best thing you can do is stay on board, stay as dry as possible, and when a logical means of escape comes, then you leave. You only jump ship when the sh*t hits the fan and he isn't at that point yet. I assume he's ignoring that part though, what with the lack of being able to express yourself thing - which is the problem he's having with his dad. Nah...I get that part. And no its not to do with the joining the service part. Back when I was 15 years old, I was put into a group home for some trouble I got into. It was more of a way for my parents to get rid of me for a few months rather than a punishment. Between that, my life with my father, and the military, I have learned to do as little as possible to make the people f*cking me over happy when my survival depended on it. I don't care if you hate your parents...they still pay for the roof over your head. Anyone can run away from an oppressive parent. Few have a way to make it on their own after walking out the door and thats my point. That is why I said to get a job, get a car, and get the f*ck out. EDIT: Wizard Of Truth: I am a nice guy. My friends love me...except the ones who f*ck me over. I have spent too much of my life doing what I can to make it on my own to deal with people and their bullsh*t. Useless Dave
And Typhus, don't kill any f*cking dogs. I'm trying my best not to. But lust is a powerful emotion and applying cold hard logic or empathy to that emotion is kind of difficult sometimes. You remind me of that fat kid everyone knew in class that was perfectly happy and sane yet tried to act 'deep' and 'crazy'. Maybe that's because you were that kid. I don't know, but I have a striking suspicion. Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/466641-crash-and-burn/?do=findComment&comment=1060276872 Share on other sites

You remind me of that fat kid everyone knew in class that was perfectly happy and sane yet tried to act 'deep' and 'crazy'. Maybe that's because you were that kid. I don't know, but I have a striking suspicion. I may be many things but a liar isn't one of them. Well, on the internet. It's odd, but I feel that I can tell you people far more about myself than anyone I actually know. Seriously, if I told my friends or family half the sick sh*t I've done then they'd never look at me the same way again. But I'm certainly not crazy, and if you look back at my post history I always am very firm in this point. A sicko and a pervert I may be, but I'm not insane or even mentally ill. And without the element of 'crazy' to hide behind, there's nothing cool about what I am. If I did half the stuff I think about, you'd all think I was the worst kind of person in the world. Judging by how most civilised people react to cases of ritualistic animal abuse and sexual assault. Really cool, eh? Yeah, I'm just here because I'm waiting for the Fonz. But for the record, Dave. There was a kid who tried to act crazy and deep. But he wasn't fat. He was tall and ginger and he would never smile. Every time someone told a joke, he would just sit there and do his best to look morose. Indeed, he would actually scratch his arms in a foolish attempt to appear suicidal. That stupid c*nt, all through my school years I wanted to put a f*cking screwdriver through his throat, just to see if he'd smile then...or cry, or basically show off some other emotions apart from this obviously fake detached stare. I was never that kid, I sussed out his little scam years ago. And you'll be happy to know that this guy who was SO depressed is now perfectly happy and walks arm-in-arm with his wife and a big ol' smile on his face. I'm just glad that he's finally overcome all that deep-seated emotional trauma he was clearly suffering. Machiavelli's Prophecy
Case in point, for the last few days I have been fantasising about nothing more than going out early in the morning and killing someone's pet. No one in particular, just the first dog or cat I could find. Stab it, put it in a bag, take it somewhere quiet and mutilate the f*cker. And why? Because it turns me on. Christ, I'm at work, I can't get it out of my f*cking head and I'm getting a f*cking hard-on when I think about taking them somewhere quiet and skinning them alive or crucifying them or something. What if they lied or bluffed for your friendship or benefit? They wouldn't. People who are brutally honest enough to point out all your personality flaws would never manipulate others simply to get some benefit for themselves. They're so honest because they speak from experience. They see through the bullsh*t of others and don't suffer fools gladly. Why would they lie when their cynicism is the result of the lies and duplicity of those around them? Luckily, if you want a liar or two, you always have your friends and family to help you out. Ari Gold
If you have a normal, loving family, they would want the best for you and provide the best path for you without necessarily being too cynical, only realistic. Besides, it's incredibly difficult to get far by being brutally honest and doing everything on your own; it's human nature to be selfish and to want to extend yourself above others, which is why people use each other and lie. Not every person acts on it, but every person has that in him/herself. Analyses of personalities and the provision of advice on psycho-social issues can only be given per example since it's pretty darn hard to generalise that sh*t. It's hard to compare yourself and say that you're similar to someone just because you share a few certain personality traits. I'll admit, I'm a manipulative, self-obsessed, arrogant narcissist, but I know people who would probably describe themselves as the same, yet I can't actually see any similarities between myself and them. It would be even more difficult to do it to someone who you've never met before. Typhus
I think that the anonyminity of the internet allows us to see people as they really are. Free from social inhibitions and hang-ups. Why else would there be so much casual racism, homophobia and stupidity? In real life, these outlandish outbursts would never happen. But the lack of consequences for our words has allowed us to say what we really think. From this I believe we can make generalisations from time to time, of course this theory doesn't always hold true, but it works well enough. Sure, the quirks of two people are obviously going to be very different, but if the core values of those two people are the same, then it's fair to say that there is a similarity there. And we never see ourselves more clearly than we look into the eyes of our enemies. If one person hates another - truly hates them - then I tend to believe it's because they see a little of themselves in that person. And it's a part of themselves that they'd rather forget. Struff Bunstridge
Just toe the line until you can earn enough money to get the hell out of there. The rest of your life is likely to be spent working for unreasonable dicks who a) you dislike, b) treat you completely unfairly, and c) overwork you for insufficient reward.
