NikoLuisKlebitz
On most versions of TLAD, it uses the TBOGT map. Has anybody found a way to get into TBOGT interiors such as Maisonette 9 in TLAD? I know for free mode in TBOGT, it unlocks all interiors, including TLAD ones. But I've tried it on TLAD and it doesn't unlock any TBOGT or safehouse interiors, only the clubhouses. If anybody knows of a way to glitch into any TBOGT interiors in TLAD (single or mulitplayer) let me know, thanks! There are YouTube videos showing this done in TLAD multiplayer, using the climb/cancel glitch to get past lock doors (park a vehicle near the door so your back can be against the door while you try to climb on the vehicle, but hit cancel as you climb so you fall through the door). I haven't found a video of Johnny in a TBOGT interior so maybe it only works in multiplayer. Maybe the interiors don't load in single-player. The doors are locked in TLAD multiplayer because TBOGT interiors didn't exist when TLAD was made. Even if the TBoGT map is used, they didn't change the locations that are open in TLAD. Yea, after posting this, I looked into some videos on it and have tried a few. After like 5 or so minutes of trying to get into bahama mamas, I was able to do it as Johnny in single player. I'm still testing other locations but I have had no success getting into maisonette 9 yet because of the way the door is although I'll keep trying. I have gotten into the MeTV building as Johnny as well by using a bike cheat and climb/canceling in. I'll keep trying other bulidings and I'll probably make a video. The only reason I haven't yet is because I don't have a PVR and my camera batteries are dead. I wonder if GTA IV: Complete Edition uses the TBOGT map for original IV. If so that would be interesting going into some TLAD and TBOGT interiors as Niko... It's strange because EFLC TLaD was supposed to use the same map as EFLC TBoGT... Yea, the very first TLAD DLC was released on xbox 360. I got it for that when it first came out because it was originally a 360 exclusive. In the first 360 only version it uses map 1.5 and the PS3 and PC use map 2.0 which is the BOGT map. I got both DLC's for PS3 as soon as they were released and both are on the BOGT map. I still have the original on my 360 which is still on the original TLAD map (1.5). There may have been an update for it so it would be more compatible with EFLC but I have no idea because I don't go online on my 360 much and I never updated TLAD on it because I'm primarily a PS3 gamer... buzbegone
How is the DLC TLaD map different to the EFLC TLaD map? There's no clubs, no Rotterdam Tower extension and no yacht in the EFLC TLaD, should there be? Nitty Don
Tlad Dlc for 360, uses a different map than the episodes disc, this is why players who own different versions can not join the same games, it sucks and R* could easily do a quick update to sort it out Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/466445-masionette-9-in-tlad/#findComment-1060294624 Share on other sites

I have the PS3 DLC and it uses the same map for both. I've played with different people online who have DLC, EFLC, and IV: Complete Edition. I know because they are in my friends list and when I was ingame with them I went to their name in my friend's list and some said "Grand Theft Auto IV" (which is what it says when you have dlc) some said "Grand Theft Auto: Episodes From Liberty City" and one of them said "Grand Theft Auto IV: Complete Edition". I guess since they made the PS3 versions after the 360 versions, they used the same map so online would be compatible.. The Lolwut Pear
From what I've discovered, if you have EFLC TLaD but you also own standard GTA IV, the map changes to the standard TLaD map without TBoGT changes. Xbox 360 TLAD DLC: TLAD map Xbox 360 TLAD EFLC: TBOGT map Xbox 360 TLAD Complete Edition: TBOGT map (One IV disc and one EFLC Disc) PS3 TLAD DLC: Dont have TLAD DLC on PS3 so IDK PS3 TLAD EFLC: TBOGT map PS3 TLAD Complete Edition map: TBOGT map (Original IV disk and EFLC Disc on one map) PC TLAD DLC: TLAD map PC TLAD EFLC: TLAD map The IV map stays the same on Disc and Complete Edition on XBOX 360, PC and PS3. The TBOGT map stayes the same on Disc, DLC, and Complete Edition on XBOX 360, PC and PS3. The most updated map is TBOGT on PC because it has all the updates and the updated Plants that are on PC. nkjellman
Wow thats kinda weird. They did not update the Xbox DLC and the PC DLC and EFLC TLAD use the TLAD updates only. No TBOGT updates. The Xbox EFLC used the TBOGT map for TLAD because of disc space. On the PS3 the disc is a blue ray and on the PC its two discs. Also The Complete Edition was released on PC in Europe. Could anyone tell me what its like? metzeoshi
I was looking for some info concerning the Complete Edition and came across this topic - from what I gather, GTA IV (Niko) from Complete Edition uses the original version of the map, without any buildings/interiors introduced in the episodes? I own the original release GTA IV and the EFLC release back from april 2010 and was thinking about buying TCE in order to have just one game data file on my PS3 and not having to switch the discs. My idea was that it would have one map and improved physics for all of the characters (meaning Niko would finally be able to ride a bike without risking his life on every corner) but this thread made it a little bit confusing for me ; ) So, I'll ask to make sure: Does the PS3 edition of TCE consist of two discs, one being the original GTAIV with its old physics and old map and the second being the EFLC disc with the improved physics and the final (TBOGT) version of the map? Or is it just one disc with everything on it? Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/466445-masionette-9-in-tlad/#findComment-1060324355 Share on other sites
Magic_Al
The PS3 version is one disc but game content is the same as though it was two discs, except for a menu for switching between games.
