JAJ Posted December 27, 2010 Share Posted December 27, 2010 (edited) You might have missed a phone call from Tenpenny telling CJ to meet him in Las Brujas. Check the map for a mission starter icon in the Las Brujas area. If not, maybe you need to do some more of the Heist missions. What are the last few missions that you have completed? You need to finish all the missions at the desert airstrip before you can do the Saint Mark's Bistro & Breaking the Bank missions.
