Fuel MOD / .NET Petrol Mod V3 problem

I have a problem with Fuel mod does not work. I do not know what is wrong, does not recognize him in the game. I have GTA IV 1.0.7.0

I am also having the same problem... I also downloaded from the same link and I also have gta 4 1.0.7.0.. I have Net Script Hook v1.7.1.7 BETA...I have xliveless-0.999b7... I have microsoft .NET framework 4 installed on my machine....I have copied the mod into the scripts folder (of .net script net hook ) which I copied while installing .net script hook.... But still it doesn't worked... I really want this mod to run on my machine..

Download .Net Script Hook v1.7.1.7 , xliveless-0.999b7(or any other asi loder) , microsoft .NET framework 4 and install these..... Then download and install this : http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=5555 ...

 

I am 110% sure it will work...........
