{HELP!] Will GTA 4 work with these specs?

Hi guys, I really wanna buy GTA 4 but I'm scared if it works or not, I'm gonna post my specs, if anyone can assure me that it works I'd greatly appreciate it.

 

Here are my specs :

 

OS : Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

Processor : Pentium® Dual-Core CPU E5400 @2.70GHz

RAM : 4GB

Video Card : Nvidia Geforce 210 HD - (Person who built my pc said it has 1GB, but on Nvidia site it says 512MB or 1GB DDR2)

Approximate Total Memory (dxdiag - Display) : 2362MB

Directx 11

Two things are not OK,

 

First, your processor is very slow and below standard compared to the actual ones which run the game smoothly, and, second, your GPU, i haven't seen any card in the 200 series below the GTX 260 run IV properly. So, even if it is 1GB it's not good. Upgrade these and you'll be fine with RAM and OS.

Just because others got it to run with the same card, doesn't mean it'll work for you. GTA IV is VERY CPU intensive, and yours will not cut it. I recommend you upgrade the CPU and GPU. A good quad core like an i5/i7 or Phenom II from AMD will get you up and running, but you will need a new motherboard. And a good GPU like the new Nvidia GTX 560 (don't know if it's available yet), or ATI 6850 will get you to the point where the game will run ultra smooth.

To get a i5, he will need to get a new motherboard for it, because the Pentiums are Socket 775 while the i5 use Socket 1156. Is your RAM DDR2 or DDR3? If it's DDR2, then you will need to get DDR3 ram
