I think terreur69 asked when you'll release the mod - when only the map is converted or when the map, cars and peds are. biggrin.gif Wow, I explained it even worse.

The car is like a gta iv original car.

You can turn on the lights

You can smash the windows

The car get dirty

Cool efects

3d wheels, etc.

 

 

@GtaRandom, you doesn`t make a good job with that cars.The door shuts is turn on when you get in the car, the lights doesnt turn on corectly, the siren is weak.Leave me to convert that cars again, to make a good job like this one. sly.gif

@kowally dude is that default SA engine. good job converting the car.. the only thing I dont like is that the wheels dosent really match the car. but dont worry I started remodelling SA wheels.. Ill send them to the vehicle converting team when Im done so.. the cars will look alot better.(what I mean it dosent match the car is the wheel that its using right now is not giving the SA feeling on it.)

RC tiger on GTA IV is so LOL , its easy to model.

 

And What about the Rhino , you gonna make the bullet as a ''20 helicopter machineguns firing at the same time in less then a seconds , to looks like a tank bullet''

Is there a GTA IV version needed for playing this mod? Or is the standard original with Nico enough?

So is there a release with the whole GTA SA including peds, vehicles etc. or will you release a beta version firstly the whole map then with the vehicles and the other adjustable things.

 

And do you have screens of the countryside of SA e. g. of Mount Chilliad or the village in the near of it. Can't tell you how I'm really looking forward playing this mod.

On my own request, I've put the SA fonts in IV were possible, together with proper coloring were possible.

 

As completely the same fonts, placements and colors from SA to IV was not possible (yet), I assigned the fonts as following:

  • Mission, Street, Area and Vehicle Names: Beckett (was Garage Gothic)
  • Menu: Bank Gothic Medium (was Helvetica Black)
  • Subtitles: Futura Bold (was DIN 1451 Mittleschrift Alternate)
  • Taxi: Untouched (still Synchro)
  • Spare font: Pricedown (was Helvetica Roman)

Woah! That SA locations font looks good even in IV! Kinda reminds me of new york times.

That looks great. Love the hud.

 

I made a line for you to make the weapon icon be white. You can use it for now if you want till we have the real weapon icon. (Maybe as the SA icon may look tiny with the position of the IV one)

 

Open up your hud.dat.

 

Find HUD_WEAPON_ICON. (There are two, one for HD one for CRT)

 

Replace the original line under HD with this line.

 

HUD_WEAPON_ICON  	0.936,0.025	0.150,0.113	HUD_COLOUR_PURE_WHITE	255

 

 

Replace the original line under CRT with this line.

 

HUD_WEAPON_ICON  	0.912,0.030	0.150,0.113	HUD_COLOUR_PURE_WHITE	255

 

 

That will make the weapon icons white rather than grey. That will do for now. Also upload a screen of it so we can see what it looks like if you want to.

 

Also would you guys working on this like me to make menu textures for the menu? I also may make the Rockstar logos have the SA letters below them so it looks like when the logos are finished being tagged during the intro for SA.

You could've used Srt3 mod with -BLITZ- permission (If you haven't already).

Also some of SART changed the textures on some things so they arnt the original textures in high quality, but they are brand new ones.
