GTA IV Has stopped working

I'm on Windows 7 , how to resolve?

I get that error now and then. but i would like to know how do i remove the EBM and lower the graphics? mine is lagging so bad, GTAIV didnt lag this bad.

 

i mean the Enb and iCEnhancer

ENB is enabled by default. Press shift + F12 to disable it. That should help a lot.

Delete d3d9.dll. Thats it. If you want to delete the whole ENB, just delete anything with ENB or ICE in its name.

Yes open the file location and remove the enbseries.ini file.

well I desabled it, i played it for about 3 mine, then it just crashed, GTAIV has stopped working....

Im running windows 7 64bit. wat a bitch....

Win 64 bit still requires the C++ redistributables 32bit - check them. If necessary, d/l from Microsoft.

Right, can anyone explain to me why some people in this so called team get a medal, and the guy who started this all gets nothing, it seems to me that getting a medal from gtaf, doesn't mean a thing, you seem to award medals to people who whinge and complain, and forget people who were in it from day one, at least that's how it seems.

 

Where I come from, this doesn't seem right.

It isn't right at all, but as you said, medals from gtaf don't mean much anyway.

hello again i got one more question lol. i deleted the d3d9.dll and all the IC ENB stuff, now i can seem to the the trainer to work i had it going first by pressing cabs lock i think it was and i could select the vehicles well i can seem to get access to this now? any ideas?

 

now this is a great mod so happy i got it working thanks to the ppl helping i recived here

Strange thing is that in first couple of runs everything was OK, I was able to play both EFLC and IV:SA. But one time when I tried to play EFLC.... my saves were gone. I don't know how it happen - earlier everything was fine.

Car damaged is disabled to the new version of IV:MP(probaly causing bugs?). It will be synced again in newer versions.

I made a rough guide/tutorial. The mod never worked for me at first (got stuck at the loading screen) but I reinstalled IV and started again and it worked fine

That's propably why... I had same problem and XP too and when I installed Windows 7 and Runtime C++ etc. Problem has gone.

Nice job guys i installed it and it works great with visual IV 1.7.6 but i have got a suggestion

Please make sure that the new paths in the next beta won't have the taxi bug !! thanks
