From the farmland to the towns to Mount Chiliad, San Fierro is my favorite with Las Venturas at a close second.

 

I really like Las Venturas's deserts but I'm not a big fan of the whole casino area. Los Santos is my third favorite because of the whole urban area and gang-infested areas.

I liked San Fierro the best. It had everything that I look for in a GTA city: cool sights to see, different styled locations, and good places to go on a rampage. Not that the other cities don't have them, but I think San Fierro did it the best.
