Ultimate Poll For Favourite City

Which is your favourite and why? Is it due to the fact of the sloped hills fit for riding off in Vinewood, Los Santos or the the dry open desert and vicious gambling in Las Venturas. Feel free to vote and comment on your reasons!

 

UPDATE: These are the cities from the GTA 3 and 4 era, sorry for any inconvinience caused if your favourite was from the 2 or 1 era. Just mention it in your comment and I will keep count on here:

Los Santos without doupt.

 

Liberty City is my least favorite because I find it outdone and very dull at times.

I LOVE Los Santos! It almost if not completely covers the entire Los Angeles area perfectly, if they make a IV era San Andreas, I...... will......... be....... in......... heaven.

Vice City. loved the strip, the beach, the art deco and the neon.

Vice City hands down. Then GTA IV Liberty City, and Las Venturas.

Vice City, the Tropical feel mixed with the feel of criminality and Vice, really good for a GTA and after playing gritty deep games, it always cheers me up seeing a nice non-depressing location.

The funny thing is, my favorite city changes day by day depending on what Im looking for. But if I was forced to chose one and only one it would be Los Santos. Los Santos is underrated, because so many people focused so much on beating the game and advancing to the other cities that they missed out on the greatness of Los Santos. I also think LS is underrated because people love cities with huge skylines. And Los Santos' skyline isnt prominent, plus you never see most of the buildings because of smog. But there's so much else in the city that the fact that the skyline is nondescript doesnt really bother me.

 

And I've said all along, that nothing beats living in one of those big ass mansions in Mulholland and Richman on the hills overlooking the city. There is nothing in any of the other cities comparable to those two neighborhood as far as natural scenary. Plus Los Santos' beaches are underrated, nobody really talks about Santa Maria Beach, but Santa Maria Beach is amazing. I just dont like going over there since it's the Balla beach, while Playa Del Seville beach on the eastside is a Grove Street beach. I'd probably visit Santa Maria Beach more often if it werent for all those bitch ass Rollin Hoe, Front Hard, and Nipple Drive Ballas that hang out over there. Regardless, Santa Maria Beach >>>> most places. I also love Venturas, Vice City, and Liberty City. But I couldnt live in Venturas 24/7 because I cant handle the temptation. I go broke everytime I visit Las Venturas so explain living there. Vice City is also a tempting place to live in 24/7 that's better for being a vacation spot than a living spot. But Los Santos is neither too tempting or not tempting enough, and it's the perfert medium.

You should of put Old Liberty City and new Liberty City instead of just Liberty City

From the list I've chosen LC based purely on the fact that I remember how stunned and impressed I was when I first played GTA III. VC comes a close second because it has the best atmosphere.

San Andreas appeared in GTA1 as a single city whilst Manchester was a multiplayer map in the expansion (I'll let you off for that one though )

III era Liberty City, would have been nice to have it as a separate option from the IV era Liberty (which sucked). Can't quite put my finger on it but it just had that something special.

Liberty City cos it's the core city of GTA and it's in GTA IV*, Vice City cos it's glamorous and/or Las Venturas cos the fact that it's built on a desert reminds me of Saudi Arabia.

 

In my criteria, anything from GTA IV = AWESOME!
