working trainer?

hello, I was wondering if there is any working mode or trainer for infinite health cause there is some missions i can't pass without IH and I can't have fun with the police and I couldn't find any trainer or mode that works, it always crashes the game before it stats or while I'm playing and some modes cause games for windows not to start so I can't start my savegame, I need help

Have a gander at the IV coding forum and GTAGarage.com, there are simple scripts which do the job.

ok thanks for your help buddy I finally found trainer and it's working it's called fun trainer and the no reload cheat got them from gta gaming
