Most definitely a 9/10.

Simply because it was the last installment of the IV saga and R* did make it end and go out with a bang for sure.

They add tons of stuff from weapons, activities, clothing to vehicles, and they also added some more gameplay additions like Parachutes, and Explosive Rounds.

9/10 for me.

They added a ton of weapons and cars, plus parachuting and the APC. I do think that the original GA 4 had a slightly better storyline though, not as over the top as TBOGT but still better, and I like Niko, so 9/10 it is then.

9/10 it is a lot of fun and a great deal to get it not considering the price for PC or any console.

1,000,000,000/10 It was easily THE best GTA I ever played, it has 6 new weapons, a ton of new cars, the Buzzard, the APC, the explosive rounds for you automatic AA-12, over the top characters, a new look at the story, excentric missions, lastly it's just plain badass!!!!

I haven't played TBOGT that much... only TLAD most of the time... gotta rate it when i've get to know it bit better
