If you get out of the car at the end of this mission without the door shutting, you can get back in and the doors will lock so you can watch thieves, hookers, and cops try to get in and fail. Phil has one arm, the other apparently lost in Nicaragua. He wields an M16 one-handed. There is a Rhino parked here during this mission, but is locked. It will only reappear here upon beating the stroyline, at which point it'll unlock. The Barracks OL is temporarily bulletproof during this mission. After you do this mission the gate will open for you when you walk/drive up to it so you don't have to go around the back. Heavy weapons will be for sale here. Boo-yah! Do you think you can figure mine out? Hint (although only modders will get it)- the car's secondary color changes the hood ornament and nothing else. First off everything, I have updated the Score Board after a long laziness. Also, I've added two new rules that I hope will make this game a very very little more active.
