The Guru Posted December 19, 2010 Share Posted December 19, 2010 You don't put fonts into GIMP, you install them onto your computer, that way you can use them anywhere. If you're on XP, you place your downloaded fonts into Control Panel> Fonts (I'm not completely sure about this). In Vista/W7 you just right click on the font file and click Install. geomy Posted December 20, 2010 Share Posted December 20, 2010 (edited) I'm pretty sure XP and Vista store their font library in c:\windows\fonts. Can't say for W7. Does anyone have experience with font managers? I'm inheriting something like 65,000 font files, and I don't want Photoshop to crash any time I want to italicize something. Been looking at picking up Suitcase... recommendations?
