does frankie disappear after the story is completed?

 

i havent let him live many times and often use lawchick for my cancel wanted but she wants to go out all the time. i thought frankie would be a better choice. but i am almost finished, 'in mourning' and frankies gone.

 

will he come back or does he cut his ties with nico?

I have noticed a lack of contacts ones i completed the story line

But remember once he wants you to kill his brother once the deed is done

Nico goes off on Francis and Nico hates him and stuff

 

So I dont think Francis would stay in your contacts.

Francis's ability to wipe out wanted stars doesn't work during story missions, and after you completed the story his contact is gone.
