Mouse Sensitivity

Is there any other way to control your mouse sensitivity setting? Even at the minimal setting in the in-game control, the movement is VERY fast.

I am thinking a CFG file that is editable? Any input?

I could very well be wrong here but after some googling I can't find any ways of controlling the mouse sensitivity using external files. Once you have reached the games designed limits you can't go any further. Your best bet in this situation would probably be to buy a controller/gamepad. That way you won't need to ever moan about mouse interference again!

 

I'd recommend this gamepad. For $15 you can't really beat it. That is if you want to buy one/feel it necessary to buy one.

It shouldn't be that fast. What are your system specifications? Are you using any mods?

Ah, I had a ps2 at one point but I sold it, never really liked controllers since

and i think the part that matters:

3500dpi razer deathadder XD

dpi really makes it so i have to turn most games sens WAY low, but it works for most games because their sensitivity scaling is within my range

 

I mean, I could always turn down the mouse settings before entering a game, but I felt like if there was a config way to do it, it would save me a lot of hassle.

Ahh, I'm afraid no such configuration method exists. I guess you'll have to turn down the settings before starting the game.

 

Or if it's possible to change something within the game, then I guess you're best bet is to ask in the modding forums as the modders in there might have some idea about the game files and such.

You may have to turn down your mouse sensitivity before you enter a game. Since that mouse is pretty crazy it seems pretty likely that the game's settings can't quite cope. Also, your mouse on a slow setting would probably be almost equivalent to another person's mouse on a high setting, mine for example. So be grateful for what you have.
