BusModBeta install help

Hi guys.

 

I am new to installing mods etc so was hoping of some help.

 

I have downloaded this bus mod http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-iv/script-mods/3980

 

and HazardX’s .net Scripthook v0.893

 

My problem is how do I go about using both files to install the Bus mod?

 

I have searched but cant seem to find step by step installation instructions.

 

Also I have downloaded this Bus mod

The read me file says:

 

Make sure you have installed Magic IV (or a program simular to this) and that you have patched the originals

 

Copy the cargrp.dat from the zip and place and replace it to your ...\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data folder.

 

I have copied the file into the right folder but dont understand what to do when asked to patch the originals? what originals?

 

I have played the game but dont see any buses driving around so I must have to patch something?

 

I have the latest GTAIV updates/patches installed too.

 

I know this is alot but any help would be so grateful!

Well the first mod says that it's compatible with 1.0.4.0 no later.

So it may not be compatible with your patch since you stated you have the latest version.

 

I remember that one worked very well on 1.0.4.0.
