Bug: Walking into side of tommy's room interior causes you to get stuck in the side.

 

 

Feedback: Still great, as others said traffic is a bit slow, also doesn't spawn in some areas or in low quantities at least. Loving this though

 

STEAM INSTRUCTIONS: Make a copy of the 'Grand Theft Auto IV Episodes from Liberty City' folder in your Steamapps/common folder. Rename your original EFLC folder to 'Grand Theft Auto IV Episodes from Liberty City BACKUP' and rename your new copied folder to 'Grand Theft Auto IV Episodes from Liberty City'. Follow the readme from VC Rage and copy the EFLC contents of VC rage to the 'EFLC' folder inside your 'Grand Theft Auto IV Episodes from Liberty City' folder. When you want to play EFLC again just rename your VC rage folder to 'Grand Theft Auto IV Episodes from Liberty City VCRAGE' and rename your EFLC folder back to 'Grand Theft Auto IV Episodes from Liberty City'. Make sure to remove savegames from Xliveless folder (My Documents/Rockstar Games/savegames).

but it seems that they have claimed 'copyright' over VC's content by restricting players and including illegal crack.

It works by default man, just need the right directory as said above. Bath time

 

PS. Don't bullsh*t anyone about restrictions guys, you could set the whole game back to original vehicles and everything and the game would still run, just wouldn't sync with world records to keep it fair. If you load the game with modded content it just says statistics have been disabled

i discussed it so everyone who did will get warned for it so i removed it and i hope that is enough

 

on another note i ran a freaking "FILE" IN STEAM

WAIT, is EVERY Radio Station a Wave file? Not MP3 or even MP3 encased in Wave Header?

Yes, this is already known for like half a year though.

Odd, because I thought it was developed more to handle MP3's, you know, like IV: SA's, that way this mod could actually use the Original Vice City's Radio Station files from the PC version which were just MP3's encased as ADF. If the stations are full PCM Wave, then that's going to add a huge amount of space that could be refined better.
