try and bring something a little different to the mod maybe different missions hopefully both teams can give each other helpfull advice on how to do certain aspect of the (CONVERSION) so that it benefits the COMUNITY..............

I'm sure, that both versions of modifications will have their own features. We have many ideas about this.

 

Talking about screenshots...we are guided by the quality of the modification and don't want to send 100 screenshots per day just to show, that we are working on it. I think, that very soon will be an update.

 

And I'll repeat it last time...We have begun making this modification more than a year ago. And we have already had many researches about the GTA IV engine at the moment. It would be more logically, if GTARandom joined our team. If GTARandom wants to join our team, then he can. But the problem is that he doesn't want. Let it be so. But if GTARandom has some question about converting, he can always ask us.

It would make sense to judge who should join the other team by measuring which mod has converted the most of Vice so far. But anyway, I hope this mod goes well for you, that screen from the top of Vercetti's mansion looks sweet!

You realize him joining you, or you joining him will end up pretty much the same way correct? Just because you started a while back doesn't mean you should have all the rights to this. I personally would love to see all of you get together as one neutral team, and stop being hardasses (no offense guys), because that would mean double the features practically for the people who will be playing this.

 

 

Anyway, that's just my two cents. I personally really enjoy Random's a lot more, but the screenshot in the beginning of this thread looks promising as well. Good luck to both of you.

Because you started your project one year ago? Doesn't make sense

Because you got more stuffs converted than GTAR? Doesn't make sense

Because you have private tool that GTAR doesn't have? Doesn't make sense either

 

Let's simply say:

 

Your project lasted one year and didn't go any further recently beside a single screenshot

GTAR's started his project recently BUT he and other members spend effort on it rather than empty words (They put screenshots - we believe what I see rather than what we hear)

 

-> I don't see any reason GTAR should join you. On the other hand, many people say it already - you should be the one joining GTAR.

 

It's alright if you ignore our words - just wait till the TC is released and community will judge it.

GTARandom has been putting in too much work and he hasn't started it a very long time ago. In GTARandom's topic, we can actually see many screenshots and progress unlike RussianCJ who doesn't realize the fact that GTARandom would get the most view because his mod is way more popular than this mod.

RussianCJ been working on it for a really long time and got to do a lot of stuff by hand (he even wrote his own tools for some stuff). I converted VC's map in Vice IV but for some reason GTARandom is getting all the credit for it

I really can't resist not posting , after seeing all this statements about me:

 

-RussianCJ why you do not want me in your team? As stated by someone here , this would make a powerful mod if we joined forces..

 

I am certain that i got more progress and , with your cars we could get this done pretty soon , just imagine playing online on IV:MP or something and cruising in Vice City exploring , just like the old days. Is it the name that bothers you? And your special "conversion" what you intend to do that i don't? There's nothing possible mentioned here that differentiates to my conversion.

 

@SL: Sorry to say , but that sounds sort of backstabing, even though most of it is true I did make a lot of progress of my own wouldn't you agree or not.

there is one thing i don't get why do you say join my team it is the same thing noone is joining anybodies team if you co op you will learn from eachother and share ideas

 

basically NOONE is joining anybodies team you just work together to put both of your great work together and discuss ideas and share your work it is the same thing what are you gonna do compete on who has the best map there both from vice city there basically identical instead of saying this is my work why not join together as one team and not say join my team say join me instead of saying join my team he would probably accept if you said can you join me instead of saying join my team

 

this is the same thing but if you share things like you sharing the cars you converted and so on
