Very nice! But I see you put in Vice City cars, maybe you could make it (in the future installer) optional to install these cars. So people can choose if they want Vice City cars or the normal GTA 4 cars.

I say your screens look like they are made by Rockstar. Keep it up. But I its easy to tell that thats not GTA Randoms timecycle. His has more bloom and they are both very good.

Looking good. I'd hate to choose sides, but my eye's on this Vice City mod. Judging from the screenshots, it has the most progress. Can't wait, RussianCJ.

No sides As I won't be working on Vice IV for a long time , if at all . Competition is not what i want so yeah, no sides to pick mate

 

Besides i think in end and even now this mod is better by a long shot , so i'll mod other stuff

I think you are used to GTA IV where they had more lights on the bildings and more windows lit at night. In the old games they did not light as many windows. So maybe thats one thing that they could do later on.
