Nice work. When I get my compatibility patches working you can use it to see if it alows your mod to work with the episodes like it does in IV.

We use EFLC for modification testing and taking screenshots.

Does everything work like in IV. The DLC updates have been cleared too?

Everything works smoothly. But some files are impossible to replace through DLC files, so it's impossible to replace only one DLC (we had an idea about such possibility).

Thats what my mod was going to do. EFLC has the map for the reguler game and the DLC's have the updates. I was going to make it so it reads the map like the counsole version. The DLC's dont replace the map but the reguler map is updated. This would stop DLC stuff from getting in the way when doing mods like this. Im doing it for IV too. All 3 games run off the same map so the DLC maps are desabled but the reguler map is fully updated. This means that you would use my mod then install something like this and it would work smoothly in all 3 games with out map updates geting in the way. But if you do have that tell me what you did and how you have it loading because it will help me out alot with my mod.

OK guys , RussianCJ and rest , i offer my services by joining this modification. Please reply with the details i should know soon and if you accept me or not. I would hand over my work and we could join forces which shouldve been done ages ago. First i need to see how much interest is present for each so i left the team member invitation on Vice IV topic. The one that prevails ends up having me in it.

Hopefully they accept you. Both mods have something uniqe and combining that would be great. Its kinda like how now people say that microsoft and apple should of joind together.

 

@RussianCJ: Do you think you could send me the file that turns off some of the DLC updates. Id like to test it for my mod and if I plan on releasing it Ill ask you, and if you say that its fine Ill give you credit. Id like to use it for making the map in EFLC and IV load like on EFLC on the xbox version (off the same TBOGT map) so map modding is easier.

but, going to a serious point, you never did a big mod for sa which was simple crap compared to IV, you have videos about horrible SAtoIV converts, what would you help russian in?...now you have fame of being an stealer and a rage attacked guy who uploads crap to internet if someone says you bad sheit about you

 

really...in a respectful way, i wouldnt risk this kind of work and trust in you

I have one question: When will be (propably) version with Peds? My friend wait for this mod, because he made movie and person in this movie fly to VC... smile.gif

When there are paths available so will be peds and vehicles.
