VCPaths.ms

when i search for paths i always get a file "VCPaths.ms".

pls somebody tell me how to open this file or use it in making paths.

if you don't know then tell me is there any software in the

WORLD WIDE WEB that can help in making or editing paths of

GRAND THEFT AUTO VICE CITY...........

There are three ways to do gtavc paths: KEd (iii/vc mapper with paths support) or VCPathEditor ver1.5 (ive never got it to work on my pc personally)

or you could Edit it in notepad by hand (the link is a paths explanation with a tutorial link at the bottom).

Afaik there isnt a vc path 3dsmax exporting script for gta vc, only sa. The vcpaths 3dsmax script is a path-to-spline importing script made by Steve.m (it doesn't export).

but can you tell me how MAKE PATHS with that.

Sorry but i can't tutor you on how to make paths, Cerbera's tut's should have enough info to get you started though.
