Suspended Account

Hey,

 

so my problem is, I was playing yesterday evening and I got disconnected from live for no reason, and when I tried to login a "nice" little message arrived saying:

"Your account has been suspended from LIVE. You won't be able to sign into LIVE until 2010.12.12.."

Well guess what, it's 12th December (even in america), but I still can't login. Has any1 experienced such retardness?

 

No I haven't used any programs to get more G points (or whatever), no I haven't bought any games with microsoft points via Live (I bought them from a store, so I didn't download them).

 

1 more thing, I have 2 other accounts and they both work perfectly, so I really don't know what's their problem.

 

I'm not really into achievements, but I had a sh*tload of friends on Live, and I don't want to add them again... (can't even do that without knowing their names)

Wha? how dare these assholes banning a person who paid for the game, isn't this illegal or something? (I know nothing about it but it seems very illogical, if you paid for the game, I don't think they're allowed to ban people because they hacked or anything else.)

Well, it could just be a misunderstanding on GFWL's part or something probably went wrong with his profile. We can't really make assumptions. Only the GFWL people would know what has happened here, so it's best to contact them and ask.
