But someone got sneak knifed in a tavern, and there was a musician playing one of those fruity instruments. Cool. And no more towns seperated from the outside world. Yes. By the way, I was really hopeful we were gonna see Khajit and Argonians. Bethesda's really keeping that tucked away. Knife Posted February 24, 2011 Share Posted February 24, 2011 As that says nothing about gameplay I'll focus on the graphics: They've come on quite a bit and certainly look quite nice but are still lacking. I have no idea why that water looks so bad, water has been done much better for years now. Animations look far better from what I can tell so that's good news. Someone invent a time machine to get to the 11.11.11 fast D: Hm.. is there any HQ download avaliable? I swear I want to replay it 100 times over, listening with headphones was aweosme... And made a chill go down my spine... That water does look bad tho, hopefully they are still working on it... There was a brief scene with what looked like a lake (or big pond), and even it didn't look bad at all. At least we know it's hardly going to end up worse than it is in Fallout. The battle with dragons was f*cking awesome and the towns/cities and forests looked stunning. I'm sure the water issues will be fixed by the official release so I wouldn't worry about that. It looks like it's going to be a beautiful game and I'm glad it doesn't look like a rehash of Oblivion. Oh, and I loved when he shouted at the Dragon, badass! Also, since dragons fear the hero, I wonder if Do-vah-kiin will be a dragon shout, since we know they have three sylabees each and that we will have to be taught something on that mountain top... Perhaps it will be a demoralize spell? Also Dovahkiin sounds f*cking awesome and nord-like... Now I just have to find a real life use for it... This is something that is easily fixed by the community, and will be within, what, the first month? The game itself looks like it'll be great fun. Tyler Posted February 26, 2011 Share Posted February 26, 2011 I hope I'm not the only one that feels like battling dragons will be scary as sh*t compared to just going into Oblivion gates. That beginning scene where the protagonist is running through the forest trying to get to an open area is epic, I guess I'll do that every time I hear a dragon's wings beating towards me in the distance. As for your screens Don, they definitely show the dragon's fierce look and imposing mass. Though one thing, are dragon's going to be taunting us with intellect as well, or are the books of lore that told of dragon's being the Bane(batman universe) of the world going to be disregarded?
