Stuck and nothing left to do

Yeah, I just decided to do the missions in VC a few days ago I googled and searched for this but still didn't find the solution. Anyway, I'm currently stuck and don't know what to do next. There are no more missions left, but I clearly didn't finish the story either. I bought all the safe houses and properties, and as far as I know completed the assets for all of them too.

 

The only ones that didn't give me any objectives are the Sun Yard (I completed all races in 1st place though), Ice Cream (I can sell drugs with the ice cream truck but that's not a mission), and the Strip Club (Pole Position). The rest gave me assets that I have completed. So am I not finding the pink marker for these three, or is it something else I'm missing to get to the next missions? Thanks.

The Sunshine Autos asset is completed by doing the Import garage by the race area(there are 4 lists total), The Pole Position is completed by watching the stripper in the back room for about 5 minutes($300 spent), The Ice Cream sells IS the mission-you have to sell 50 in one sitting AND exit(that is the important part, as if you do not exit the truck after 50, it will not count as completed), and the boat yard is completed by hopping in one of the two boats out back and completeing that coarse. Also, make sure the Vercetti estate is generating money as an asset, make sure ALL properties(businesses) are generating money(money icon at each location). There is also the shooting range at the Downtown Ammunation that MUST be done after the mission "the shootist" for the Malibu-this is not in your stats, and thus is most commonly missed. BUT, to get to the final missions, the Vercetti estate must be generating money, the Printworks and 5 other properties MUST be generating money. Hope this helps.

 

Also, to note, that if Dem's TimeVault is used on the Printworks final mission and the boat yard mission, then those money icons will not appear, but will not prevent 100% completion. Thanks to Spuds for confirming the Print works error.
