A few questions regarding mods.

Hi, I'm new to these forums. I have GTA IV V1.0.7.0 from a DVD set and TLaD and BoGT installed through Games for Windows Live. My main question is regarding a mod called Contagium. On his site it says I require: ScriptHook, XLiveLess, and of course Contagium *Insert version here*. I have all of that in my main GTAIV Folder, when I have the Xliveless in though I cannot launch TLaD or BoGT which I assume I need. And when I launch it through just GTAIV it starts a new game and nothing happens. This happens with alot of the mods I try to use. The main thing is why can I not launch the two DLC's anymore? Any help would be appreciated, ive been looking for answers for along time and even bought the two DLC's for the mod *I would have bought them eventually but this caught my interest enough*. I apologize if Im just being stupid or couldnt find an appropriate topic for this.

 

 

*EDIT* I know the mod isnt activated in GTAIV because the CAPSLOCK button doesn't bring up an editor mode like the mod states it does. I've tried the most recent versions of the mod as well.
