Why? He reckons he?s the star of GTA: San Andreas.Washington, who says he only just heard about the game from his nephew, is basing his case on the claim that in 2003 Rockstar met with him to speak about his life growing up in gangs, during which time he told the developers, among other things, ?how the teen-agers (sic) in his gang rode around on bicycles?.?Upon examination of images of ?CJ? and comparison to his photos from that year and other evidence, it became clear that Rockstar had stolen his image and never paid him.?For his troubles, Washington ? who is suing not only Rockstar but the game?s publisher Take-Two as well ? is after 25% of the profits generated from sales of San Andreas. I mean, the coding is hidden, but it's there. It's almost like some person would have to look through the game's actual code for an extended time, just to find this sex stuff. It's not even like the scenes are that realistic - the scenes would look not unlike the drawings of a promiscuous seventh grader. It comes from Washington’s “It’s hard to believe that the makers of a game that allows you to shoot at cops, pick up prostitutes, and run over pedestrians at will, would actually cheat somebody out of money, but this seems to be the case.” Unless I’m missing something here, this statement makes little to no sense. How does the violently criminal nature of Rockstar’s games make the developer any less likely to commit fraud? It sounds about as logical as saying: “It’s hard to believe that Zynga, the makers of a game that allows you to build your own farm populated with cute and cuddly animals, would actually go out, find a real farmer’s plot, burn down his crops and trample the ashes while singing the lyrics to 1989 Bangles hit Eternal Flame, but this seems to be the case.” The suggestion that the nature and content of a game developer’s products would have any bearing on that company’s moral or legal compass sounds utterly bizarre. this made me lol, its completely true. what an idiot this guy is.
