Purple Kiwi Posted December 9, 2010 Share Posted December 9, 2010 Ok So I can run Gta IV great, Just not at a steady 30 fps, More of 20-25 fps My specs - Windows 7 64Bit AMD Athlon Processor TF-20 1.6 GHz 3.0GB Ram ATI Raedon HD 3200 ------------------------ I do use Commandline So that is why I can play it at 20-25 fps, Without commandline about 5-10 fps. ------------------------ Anyways Back to the topic. I open the phone>Multiplayer>Custom Match>Join And It sticks at loading (I can see it moving. Waited 10 minutes then I just closed it down) I use a laptop (Wired in cable) and get 3.0MB/s on downloading.
