what do command lines do to the gta 4 game? where do i get them? i need instructions please. thanks a ton in advance!

This is a thing which grows on the trees, something like a fruit, yesterday i saw a good command line, if you have luck and you can find some and this is for the pc ,do not eat this,because finally i'll be guilty:D

Seriously, it takes like 10 times longer to start a thread then to perform a Google search. I wouldn't allow people online until they fill out this questionnaire
