Brown Sugar
I had this problem a while ago but it went away and has recently come back, what happens is when i'm away from my pc for a certain amount of time and come back the screensaver isn't on and the taskbar at the bottom of the screen has disappeared, the start button is still there but nothing else. I'm using windows 7 home premium 64 bit
OzzySM12
Are you using a downloaded screensaver or one that came with windows? Does it come back when you try opening a program or something? Try going into the control pannel and selecting auto hide taskbar. apply that, then go back into it and disable it. Should at least bring it back on the screen.
