Lithium
I was thinking of all the funny moments on The Simpsons, South park and Family Guy, and I wondered which moment made me laugh the most. This would have to be my fav that sticks out: "and that's how we'll remember you, as a big fart!" "Goodbye big fart!"
Andyzoot
Here is 'The Missing Mouse'. A really good Tom and Jerry episode. My favourite part happens at 5:05. I recommend you watch the entire episode as it's good fun but if you really can't be bothered to take 6 minutes out of your boring lonely life in your basement then I'll sum up the episode for you. Tom is lounging in the front room with the radio on when suddenly a special news bulletin plays that warns residents of an experimental mouse that has escaped from the local research laboratory. This mouse is white and if it is hit or bumps into something then it will explode and blow up the entire city. Jerry overhears this and decides to have some fun with Tom by painting himself white and running around the house, knocking himself on the head, banging into things etc which scares the Hell out of Tom who does everything in his power to stop this white mouse he sees from possibly exploding. The jig is up eventually when Jerry accidentally falls into the kitchen sink full of water which washes off the white paint. So Tom kicks Jerry out the house and goes back to lounging around. Unbeknown to him, while Tom kicked Jerry out the house, the Real White exploding mouse sneaked in. When Tom see's this he assumes that Jerry has painted himself white again so Tom has some fun and decides to start smacking the exploding mouse around. He then dips the white mouse into some water to wash the paint off only to realise that he has been smacking the exploding mouse about. It's his reaction to this that I love. It reminds me of when Ash gets that streak of white hair at the end of Evil Dead 2. It's a great visual joke that made me laugh when I was 6 years old and still makes me laugh today. SIKKS66
Two Simpsons moments that still crack me up today (couldn't find videos): Flanders (referring to the jigsaw puzzle): Looks like you're missing a piece. Homer: Looks like you're missing a wife! Flanders: (chuckles) I walked right into that one. Moe: It looks like we have to make a trip to little Italy.Homer: I'll get our little passports. The quotes don't really do the delivery of the line justice.

darthYENIK
The first part of this video, but most notably the the time between 2:50 and 3:55. This is a close second... Powdered Toast Man: "Cling tenaciously to my buttocks!" Pope (as voiced by Frank Zappa): "Both of them?" Moonshield
I can't find a video of it, but most definitely the car massacre scene from the first episode of the Venture Brothers where Brock Sampson crashes into the Monarch's Cocoon, getting payback on his henchmen after hitting him with a truck. The end of the Venture Bros' season finale this season was fantastic too. EDIT: Part of it is at the beginning of this video: Edited December 8, 2010 by Moonshield
