Help With Building New CPU

Need Urgent Help !!!

 

I have Asus P5QL Pro Mobo

 

I have got a sh*t Ram Of 2 GB 667 MHz DDR2,

with a 9600 GT 1 GB DDR3 GPU

and Core 2 Quad Q6600 @2.4 GHz Processor !

and Have a sh*t Sata II 150 GB HDD !

and a sh*t PSU of 150 or maybe 200 Watt Dunno (

 

now I am Buying a New GTX 260 1 GB GPU with new PSU of 550 Watt and a New 1 TB HDD and also 4 GB 1066 MHz DDR2 Ram !

 

so will it be compatible with my Mobo Asus P5Ql Pro I am not sure...

 

Need urgent help coz i only have 5 hours to decide and give the Order FAST AMIGOs Please !!!!!

 

Will GTX 260 Be compatible with my Mobo ?
