Germaniac_84
Who the f*ck sits around waiting ten years for a video game Apparently Duke Nukem fans. I don't care how good a game is there's no way I'd wait ten years for some game to come out. Even if the game was designed, written, and had all the voice acting done by Jesus Christ himself I still wouldn't wait ten years. Although that would be pretty awesome........ That would be pretty awesome I suppose. Okay I take it back, if Jesus Christ himself wrote, designed, and did all the voice acting for a game, then I might wait ten years for it. What would the game even be called though? Agent..... Nice one man
Drift-Kingz
GUYS CHECK THIS OUT! I dont know if this deserves a new topic but it looks like R* has to pay. sh*t! This might force R* to release a new GTA earlier. Good find, mate. Yeah its a kinda good thing Maybe R* get a bit short on money and feel forced to announce next GTA to get $750 million (IV SALES) Just because you sue someone you don't get money, no way he is going to win. And every GTA intro screen says that the characters are purely fictional so this guy has no chance. Yes, and to sue R* for this reason, is sh*tty at it's best. If he is sueing because the beginning of the game vaguely resembled his childhood, then half of the population of Los Angeles should be sueing too. The "all characters fictitious" disclaimer is intended for libel claims.

It's cause he just heard about GTA: San Andreas last July. If you read the article you would understand what the recent rant was about I did read it, it didn't say why he's just now suing them after like seven years. Despite being on store shelves for nearly six years, Washington said he just learned about San Andreas this past July from his nephew. "The plaintiff had never seen the game. He did not own or play video games, but it seemed possible that he had been included in the game," the complaint says. "He then recalled the meeting in or about 2003, and it began to dawn on him that his image had been stolen for the game."

Anyways, what a f*cking retard this guy is, I mean does he really think he can win? Imagine one guy trying to sue McDonald's for slipping on the floor. Kwandilibro
I guess half of the West Coast should sue R* for the rest of their profits for making a game inspired by them. I mean, I could see being pissed off, but come on. There were probably like 100,000 other black guys in California doing the exact same thing he did, probably living a damn near identical life. Should they all sue R*?

Finn 7 five 11
McDonald's obesity suit tossedU.S. judge says complaint fails to prove chain is responsible for kids' weight gain. In August, a suit filed by the parents of two girls claimed that McDonald's and two of its restaurants in the Bronx failed to disclose clearly and conspicuously the ingredients and effects of its food, much of which is high in fat, salt, sugar and cholesterol. The plaintiffs argued that McDonald's should therefore be held accountable for the girls' obesity, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and elevated cholesterol. The girls are Jazlyn Bradley and Ashley Pelman. Bradley, 19, is 5 feet, 6 inches tall, and weighs 270 pounds. Pelman, 14, is 4-foot-10 and 170 pounds. These are probably the two girls and according to this they lost, so many people have tried to sue mcdonalds for obesity its ridiculous.
