All GTA games stopped working on Windows 7

Hello, can somebody help me? i have installed GTA IV, San Andreas and Vice City on my Windows 7 x64 but all these games gives me error GTA Has stopped working. Other games are working fine.

P.S. Sorry for my bad English.
