View or spawn different characters, how?

Is there a program where i can view the .dff files of characters? I found a program where i can view (and change settings) for all pedastrains, but i want one for all characters including the player character.

 

Maybe there's a cheat program where i can spawn any character and view them in-game?

 

I want to retexture some of the main characters.. here's my kendl retexture im working on:

Use gmax and kams scripts to import a .dff and you can view it with the edited texture applied.

yeah that could work, thanks. The best option would be if there's a way to spawn them in-game maybe, because then it will show it exactly like it's supposed to look, correct lightning + the character will be in motion too which is also important to see, so that textures doesnt stretch in odd ways.

 

i found a program called dff viewer too, really easy to use, but again, the colors/lightning is quite off..
