Ashwin.Star
please try 3ds max with kams dff io script import the sa vehicle then rename its part to vice city engine readable. & then export that vehicle using vice city button Edited March 12, 2011 by Ashwin the new boy
Hanney
I am also looking for the exact same thing too. All I can find is Vice City to San Andreas tutorials.
TheD199434
I wouldn't use ZModeler, because i made the experience, after exporting the files, the model is bugged. Get 3dsmax somehow, i guess its better and easier You can use google to find a good tutorial.

yair1221
basically, the models are the same first, i'd suggest you learn basic rigging of cars(even to SA) then, open the SA car with 3ds max and open a graph view search for the wheel mesh(meshes are more like purple, and dummies are green), and delete it(just the mesh) now search for the mesh "chassis" and turn it to "chassis_hi", do that to all the meshes and damaged meshes(in damaged meshes, the name should be like "lf_wing_dam_hi") *DO NOT DO THE SAME FOR CHASSIS_VLO once you are done, put the original VC car model on your desktop, and make a copy of it ON THE DESKTOP(the file should be named "Copy of xxxx.dff") now use DFF export, click the VC box, instead of SA now, as a COL, select the Copy of xxxx.dff and click export, now replace the original dff(not the "Copy of xxxx.dff") should work, i know it seems really complicated, but it really is quite easy
