Changing handling through memory addresses

is there a way to change the handling of a SPECIFIC car(e.g. car 0@)?

i want to change a planes handling in a button press...

if its not posssible, can i change then the handling of a car type(e.g. hydra)?

i saw that page

i went to "handling" label

and i saw all the memory addresses

but they only control normal handling

i need the aircraft handlings

i want to remove the stabilizer(yawstab, pitchstab, rollstab) in a button press

and to put them back on with another button press...

Yeah I don't think that's been documented. That's why Alexander Blade didn't include being able to add "special" handlings with his Handling Adder.
