yair1221
how do i make two rudders on one plane turn at the same time? i mean, i can attach them, but then they wouldnt turn right...because the pivot cant be at the right place for both so, how do i do it? i mean, i know its possible, there are bilions of aircraft mods that has two rudders, but everyone locks their models... Adler
Yes there are a lot of aircraft mods that have 2 rudders but no there is only 1 dummy for a single rudder which is why those mods, such as KON's F-22, have non-functional rudders. yair1221
ok thanks ill just make one rudder another question: how do i make the canards work too? there are only ailerons and elevators in a plane the canards should work in the other direction from the elevators, how do i do that? RanxeroX
Have you tried attaching them together then placing the pivot midway between them? Maybe there's a sweet spot along a common axis that you can use? Or is it possible to create a shaft between them that links them and treat the shaft as a rudder with each actual rudder linked in a hierarchy to the shaft? I'm just thinking off the top of my head but it sounds possible in theory... As for canards, can't say much there as I don't know enough about aircraft parts. yair1221
1.if i attach the rudders in the middle, everytime they move, they will not be attached to the plane, they will be like 10 feet of their position 2.i didnt understand the second offer, shaft? 3.canards are like opposites to the elevators, they move the other way... in that vid, he managed to make the canards move too, so now he has: rudder elevators canards and ailerons
Adler
Oh yeah about the canards I asked Weirdest New Order about that and apparently he used one elevator dummy for the horizontal stabilizers and the other for the canards. It's really clever actually.
yair1221
elevators have two dummies, right? so he put one dummy between both elevators and flipped the other dummy, and put it between the canards? is that correct?
Adler
Yup that's it.
